Apparently I am constitutionally incapable of calming down on the basis of being told I should calm down when X - the first time I listened to this, I stopped two minutes in because it was making me bite the inside of my cheek to counteract it or something. (exact motive unclear, I def was). The second time I was merely very tense. It sounds like generically chill music as far as I can tell - I seriously doubt I would have such a reaction without the pitch. Stupid brain-things.
