(no subject)

Today in not-quite-lucid dreaming: I noticed that the extras in the dream were using the faces of random people I knew in high-school (while otherwise not being those people, this is a thing my brain really likes to do) and became just self-aware to apologize to the other main characters of the dream because I'd noticed I was dreaming and would probably wake up soon. Then I *did* wake up.  Unfortunately flinch-like how I woke up, maybe with practice I can not do that in future - if I want to do lucid dreaming "noticing the people involved in this dream are very implausible" seems to be a very good angle.
