I know ask memes don't work great in this medium, but this is too cool to give up.

Send me hypothetical body modifications and I will rank them on a scale of:

Given magical flesh-shaping (I am sufficiently phobic of surgery/artifacts of surgery that this is a qualifier for every answer here. Ironic for a transhumanist, but it is what it is), I don't really care about gender (I guess catgirl is both the aesthetic and more archetypal, so lets go with that.), and I don't really have a strong desire to be a cat-person, but also, like, no objection? I don't really get the appeal, is all. Small minus for having to look like "a weeb" in real life (that's not exactly what I mean, but I def know a fair few people who would look down on me for being the kind of person who would choose to be a catgirl. And people who would think it was a good decision for reasons I don't really like. They can go fuck themselves, for the most part, but it'd make social interaction with those circles exhausting. Well, more exhausting than it already is), but I wear homestuck t-shirts, so w/e, still makes going to nice restaurants a little hard. If you take catgirl to include "anime-grade pretty" then that'd be enough of a plus to knock it up a notch?

Tattoos specifically are something that has been ingrained as a bad idea - if I can switch them off and that means they become not at all visible, then this seems sure but otherwise Rather not. Also, I don't have any ideas for actual content of the tattoos so it's probably not something to go for unless I do.

I use Typio Form Recovery on Chrome and Textarea Cache on Firefox. Highly recommended.

Flying would be nice, but I can't think of a decent way to do it using, like, modern-engineering, that wouldn't be horrifically more high-energy and space-consuming than reasonable. If we're talking far-future Clark-tech telekinetic flight or something, then yes.
